The game can be played without registering. Registration is for adult players. Your phone number is sent to Twilio Verify to check that you control it. Cloudflare hosts the backend and its database in the United States. The database keeps a protected phone match and the last four digits, plus your chosen name, scores and RSVP choices; it does not store your full phone number.

Scoreboard participation, party notifications and announcing your invitation name are separate choices. Full numbers and the private guest list are never published. Matching an invitation requires successful phone verification. The host can manage the private invitation and RSVP records.

Apple delivers enabled iPhone notifications and processes Wallet passes. No contacts, location, camera or microphone access is required. Departure reminders use a time you choose, without tracking your location. Invitations stop appearing after the party ends.

Account and RSVP records remain until you delete your account or the host removes them. You can hide your scoreboard name, change your RSVP choices, sign out or delete your account from the app. Deletion removes your sessions, scores, device tokens, RSVP and phone match from the active backend. Provider security logs and recoverable backups may remain under the providers' retention policies; this service does not enable request-body logging. Remove an already saved pass in Wallet itself.
